Andrew Michael Luther graduated cum laude from The University of Tulsa School of Law in 2008 where he served as a member on the Tulsa Law Review. His Comment on the Oklahoma death penalty, entitled The Deadly Consequences of Unreliable Evidence: Why Child Capital Rape Statutes Threaten to Condemn the Innocent Defendant to Death was one of three student articles chosen for publication by the Tulsa Law Review in 2007. Immediately after graduating from Tulsa, Andrew worked for Brown & James in Belleville, Illinois.
Andrew joined Luther & Associates in 2010 where his practice specialties include premises liability, medical malpractice, and general tort law defense. Andrew is involved in all aspects of civil litigation and has assisted in multiple medical negligence, wrongful death and premises liability trials. Beyond Illinois and Missouri State Court, Andrew has also practiced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, and District of Kansas.
